Alejandra Buitrago of Leesburg Selected to 2014-2015 University Program Board Executive Council

Leesburg, VA resident Alejandra Buitrago has been selected for the Vice President of Marketing position on the James Madison University Program Board Executive Council for the 2014-2015 academic year. Buitrago is a junior media arts and design major.

The University Program Board is a student-run organization at James Madison University that creates and hosts over 200 educational and entertaining programs for the entire student body and university community, many of the events at no cost. These events include movies, comedians, musical concerts, and much more. By taking on this leadership position in UPB, Buitrago will help lead the organization by facilitating the planning and execution of these events, and ultimately helping to create an engaged university community.
