Ashburn resident graduates from James Madison University

Viviann Teresa Lorrain Rutan of Ashburn, VA graduated with a degree in computer information systems from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Rutan was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
