Ashland resident graduates with honors from James Madison University

Brian Thomas Rector of Ashland, VA, graduated Cum Laude with a degree in music from James Madison University during commencement exercises Dec. 19, 2015.

Rector was among nearly 900 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
