Broadway resident graduates from James Madison University

Rachelle Fern Oswald of Broadway, VA graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary liberal studies from James Madison University during the Dec. 16/17, 2016 commencement exercises.

Oswald was among more than 800 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
