Chantilly resident graduates with honors from James Madison University

Leilani Tinashe Bartell of Chantilly, VA, graduated Cum Laude with a degree in political science from James Madison University during commencement exercises May 5, 2017.

Bartell was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
