Charlottesville resident graduates from James Madison University

Max Evan Mann of Charlottesville, VA graduated with a degree in sport and recreation management from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Mann was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
