Chesapeake resident graduates from James Madison University

Rachel Faith Williams of Chesapeake, VA graduated with a degree in health sciences from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Williams was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
