Chincoteague resident graduates from James Madison University

Hannah Faith Welch of Chincoteague, VA graduated with a degree in kinesiology from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Welch was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
