Elkton resident graduates from James Madison University

Justin Walter Bennett of Elkton, VA graduated with a degree in Kinesiology - BS from James Madison University during the Dec. 13, 2014 commencement exercises.

Bennett was among nearly 800 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
