Ellicott City resident graduates with honors from James Madison University

Elisabeth Summers Price of Ellicott City, MD, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in nursing from James Madison University during commencement exercises May 5, 2017.

Price was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
