Fort Bragg resident graduates from James Madison University

Emani Joy Mines of Fort Bragg, NC graduated with a degree in health sciences from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Mines was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
