Fredericksburg resident graduates from James Madison University

Taylor Wayne Byrd of Fredericksburg, VA graduated with a degree in integrated science and technology from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Byrd was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
