Hampton resident graduates from James Madison University

John Patrick Gaffney of Hampton, VA graduated with a degree in engineering from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Gaffney was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
