Hampton resident graduates with honors from James Madison University

Robert Cary Allsbrook of Hampton, VA, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in kinesiology from James Madison University during commencement exercises Dec. 17, 2016.

Allsbrook was among more than 800 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
