Harrisonburg Resident Billy Cheung Presented at National Geology Meeting

Billy Cheung, a Junior from Harrisonburg, presented research at the Geological Society of America's 2012 Annual Meeting & Exposition in Charlotte, NC.

Cheung, a student at James Madison University, presented a poster on "Estimation Of Colluvial Filling Of Debris Flow Sourcing Areas Of The Blue Ridge And Valley And Ridge Provinces In The Central Appalachians, Virginia."

The conference was held from Sunday, Nov. 4 to Wednesday, Nov. 7 at the Charlotte Convention Center.
