Harrisonburg resident graduates from James Madison University

Margarita Rosa Mesa porto of Harrisonburg, VA graduated with a degree in international affairs from James Madison University during the Dec. 19, 2015 commencement exercises.

Mesa porto was among nearly 900 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
