Harrisonburg resident graduates from James Madison University

Jessica Marie Troutman of Harrisonburg, VA graduated with a degree in biology from James Madison University during the Dec. 16/17, 2016 commencement exercises.

Troutman was among more than 800 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
