Highland Springs resident graduates from James Madison University

Jordan Olivia Payne of Highland Springs, VA graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary liberal studies from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Payne was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
