Howell resident graduates from James Madison University

Eleanor Noel Osborne of Howell, NJ graduated with a degree in international affairs from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Osborne was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
