Janey Goodman of Powhatan Named to George Washington Invitational All-Tournament Team

After leading James Madison volleyball on offense and a victory over the host Colonials, Janey Goodman of Powhatan was named to the George Washington All-Tournament team.

Goodman wrapped up the Dukes' final nonconference tournament of the regular season with 31 kills, averaging 3.10 per set, while attacking at a .227 clip. The right side hitter added six blocks and five digs defensively and one service ace.

The Powhatan, Va. native closed the tournament by moving into fourth place on JMU's all-time kills list with 1,346 over her career and is just nine shy of taking over third place.

The senior has earned All-Tournament honors over all four of James Madison's nonconference tournament schedule, including picking up Most Valuable Player honors twice.
