Jessica Roy of Needham, MA, graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Modern Foreign Lang - BA from James Madison University during commencement exercises Dec 14, 2013.

Roy was among more than 700 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
