Leesburg resident graduates from James Madison University

Julia Catherine Hess of Leesburg, VA graduated with a degree in social work from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Hess was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
