Lynchburg resident graduates with honors from James Madison University

Isabel Jean Randolph Baldwin of Lynchburg, VA, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in communication sciences and disorders and modern foreign languages from James Madison University during commencement exercises May 5, 2017.

Baldwin was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
