Leah Ann Ouimet of Lynchburg, VA, graduated cum laude with a degree in writing rhet & tech comm - BA from James Madison University during commencement exercises Dec. 13, 2014.

Ouimet was among nearly 800 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
