Mechanicsville resident graduates from James Madison University

Rebecca Scott Arrington of Mechanicsville, VA graduated with a degree in international affairs from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Arrington was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
