Midlothian resident graduates with honors from James Madison University

Thomas William Barrett of Midlothian, VA, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in engineering from James Madison University during commencement exercises May 5, 2017.

Barrett was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
