Midlothian resident graduates with honors from James Madison University

Morgan Frances Howell of Midlothian, VA, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in writing, rhetoric and technical communication from James Madison University during commencement exercises May 5, 2017.

Howell was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
