Norfolk resident graduates from James Madison University

Jasmine Shanice Rountree of Norfolk, VA graduated with a degree in public administration from James Madison University during the May 6, 2016 commencement exercises.

Rountree was among nearly 3,875 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
