Norfolk resident graduates from James Madison University

Jasmine Octavia Rustchak of Norfolk, VA graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary liberal studies from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Rustchak was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
