Oakland resident graduates from James Madison University

Rachel Brianna Petty of Oakland, NJ graduated with a degree in media arts and design from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Petty was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
