October Edwards of Staunton participates in undergraduate research conference

October Edwards presented a paper at the fourth annual MAD-RUSH undergraduate research conference on March 22 at James Madison University.

Edwards, a senior French major was one of 33 JMU students to present at the conference. Edwards's paper was titled "Prisons: Public or Private Management."

This year's conference, which was sponsored by JMU's College of Arts and Letters, drew more than 70 students.
