Olney resident graduates from James Madison University

Kevin Padraig Wholihan of Olney, MD graduated with a degree in communication studies from James Madison University during the May 6, 2016 commencement exercises.

Wholihan was among nearly 3,875 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
