Paulina Hoang of Clifton Presents Research at Energy Conference

Paulina Hoang a senior at James Madison University, presented research this week at the Energy and Sustainability Conference in Richmond.

Hoang, an engineering major, was part of a team presenting on a sustainability assessment matrix to be used in the comparative analysis of poultry litter to energy technologies.

The Energy and Sustainability Conference brings together national leaders from various businesses and market sectors to discuss how sustainability is changing and influencing the future of organizations and businesses. Sessions focused on market sectors in manufacturing, healthcare, local and state government, higher education and commercial real estate.

The conference was held Wednesday, Jan. 30 and Thursday, Jan. 31 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center and was hosted by Virginia Commonwealth University.
