Poquoson resident graduates from James Madison University

Dylan Patterson Deibel of Poquoson, VA graduated with a degree in international business from James Madison University during the May 6, 2016 commencement exercises.

Deibel was among nearly 3,875 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
