Reston resident graduates from James Madison University

Chad Richard Carroll of Reston, VA graduated with a degree in economics from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Carroll was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
