Richmond resident graduates from James Madison University

Katherine Kemper Farmer of Richmond, graduated with a degree in accounting from James Madison University during the May 6, 2016 commencement exercises.

Farmer was among nearly 3,875 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
