Round Hill resident graduates from James Madison University

William Peter Parker of Round Hill, VA graduated with a degree in finance from James Madison University during the May 6, 2016 commencement exercises.

Parker was among nearly 3,875 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
