Sandy Hook resident graduates from James Madison University

Samantha Rose Rohrbacher of Sandy Hook, CT graduated with a degree in psychology from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Rohrbacher was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
