Stafford resident graduates from James Madison University

Katie Anne Chapman of Stafford, VA graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy from James Madison University during the Dec. 13, 2014 commencement exercises.

Chapman was among nearly 800 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
