Troutville resident graduates from James Madison University

Jacob Lee Harris of Troutville, VA graduated with a degree in kinesiology from James Madison University during the May 6, 2016 commencement exercises.

Harris was among nearly 3,875 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
