Virginia Beach resident graduates from James Madison University

Ryan Mathew Ngo of Virginia Beach, VA graduated with a degree in biotechnology from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Ngo was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
