Virginia Beach resident graduates from James Madison University

Joshua Alexis Casitno Whitaker of Virginia Beach, VA graduated with a degree in communication studies from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Whitaker was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
