Waynesboro resident graduates with honors from James Madison University

Justin Michael Hall of Waynesboro, VA, graduated cum laude with a degree in math - BS from James Madison University during commencement exercises Dec. 13, 2014.

Hall was among nearly 800 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
