Williamsburg resident graduates from James Madison University

Josephine Lindsey Crowell of Williamsburg, VA graduated with a degree in international affairs from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Crowell was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
