Williamsburg resident graduates from James Madison University

Ellen Phillips Hornsby of Williamsburg, VA graduated with a degree in political science from James Madison University during the May 5, 2017 commencement exercises.

Hornsby was among more than 4,300 students who received undergraduate, master's, educational specialist and doctoral degrees.
